Mr. William Henry Rufus Osborne, Sr., Age 66, passed away Sunday December 5, 2010 at Williamson Medical Center. He was a resident of Franklin, Tn. and a retired Farmer. He was preceded in death by:

Mother: Effie Osburn
Brothers: Frank and James Osburn
Sister: Earlene Morgan

He is survived by:
2 Sons: William Henry Diane, Jr-Franklin, Tn.

2 Daughters: Shonia Charles Dunn- Marshall Co, Tn.
Geneva Gillespie-Kentucky

6 Brothers: Tom, Jesse, Herschel, David, Herman, and Harry Osburn-All of Franklin, Tn.

2 Sisters: Gayle Holt-Franklin, Tn.
Elizabeth Snow King-Franklin, Tn.
10 Grandchildren 1 Great Grandchild

Funeral Services will conducted Wednesday Morning at 10 AM December 8, 2010 from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home in Lewisburg, Tn. Burial will immediately follow in the Osburn Family Cemetery on Bailey Road in Franklin, Tn. Visitation with the family shall begin after 11AM on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.

The following shall serve as active pallbearers: Cricket Nevils, Donny Scoggins, David Osburn, Jesse Osburn, Charles Dunn, Michael King, Chad Osburn, and dedicated friend "Pepe".

Honorary Pallbearers: Zachary and Dee Osborne, Bruce Dunn, R.P. King, Luther Osburn, Charles Rufus Dunn, Jared and Dillon Osburn.
