Vernon Adams

Vernon W. Adams died Wednesday at his Triune home. He was the son of the late Henry Virgil and Minnie Floyd Davis Adams, a farmer, and a member of the Baptist church. He is survived by a brother: Billy Wayne Adams; and a sister: Margie Adams Tyree, both of Lewisburg; and three half-brothers: Wade, William, and David Adams, all of Rutherford County. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Humphrey in 2001 and a brother, Thomas V. Adams, who also died on Wednesday. Rev. Leland Carden and his nephew, Danny Tyree, will officiate the services.
