Beth was a graduate of Overton High School and Vanderbilt School of Nursing and Army R.O.T.C. and was an Army Lieutenant and Captain for four years at Fort Gordon.  She worked as a neo-natal intensive-care nurse for over 30 years in Augusta where she was quite proud to be a part of Saint Joseph’s and Trinity  Hospltals and their births of many babies!
