Roy Walker Curtis

Mr. Roy Walker Curtis age 73, resident of Rogers Road in Lewisburg passed away on Sunday June 25,2006 at his residence. He was a retired cabinet maker and enjoyed woodworking. He was a member of Ostella Church of Christ.

Graveside services for Mr. Curtis will be conducted Tuesday June 27, 2006 at 11 A.M. in Sunset Park Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Bill Richardson will officiate. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home and also on Tuesday until the funeral hour. He served our nation in the Armed Forces.

The Lincoln County native was the son of the late Floyd Curtis and Nellie Arnold Curtis. He is survived by his wife, Joann Isley Curtis; one daughter, Gena King; one son, Ricky Polly; two grandchildren, Ryan McDaniel and Katie King all of Lewisburg. One sister, Dimple Driver of Shelbyville,TN also survives.

The Military Honor Guard will serve as active pallbearers.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Carl King, David Isley, Jeff Isley, Steve Isley, Kenny Polly, Phillip Polly, Bill Curtis, Johnny Isley, Larry Reese.
