Randall Allen

Beloved father, brother, grandfather (Pop Pop), and friend, Randall L. Allen, 68, a resident of Lewisburg, TN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Randall was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia on October 17, 1957, to the late Richard Allen and Rexine Sloan. He was a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic, practicing at the Marshall County Chiropractic Center for over 40 years. He absolutely loved his profession and serving his community. Keeping the people of Lewisburg in alignment brought him some of the greatest joy in his life.

Above all, Randall’s greatest accomplishment was raising his three children. He was an incredibly devoted father who was always there for them, whether coaching their sports teams or helping them move into their first homes. He deeply loved his family, and cherished simple pleasures like telling dad jokes, going out to eat, and catching a movie.

He is survived by his children, Matt Allen (Jasmine), Taylour Seo (Eric), and Kristin Aldridge (Blake); his two grandchildren, Emmalyn Seo and Naleigh Seo; his faithful dog, Mia; his siblings, Kim Allen, Tim Allen, and Tonja Allen (David); his aunt, Janice Allen (Russell); his cousin, Jason Allen; and his nephews, Chandler Wingler and Joseph Parillo IV.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shari Allen (TerBush); his parents, Richard Allen and Rexine Sloan; and his cousin, Gerald "Gerry" Allen (Debbie).

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
