Nancy Hines

March 17, 1928 — September 9, 2013

Nancy Elizabeth Hines, age 85, of Lewisburg passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013, at her residence. Miss Hines was a native of Belleville, Tennessee in Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Carl Grovin Hines and Laura Oma Eakes Hines. She was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. She was a long time resident of Lewisburg and retired from Genesco Shoe Company.

One of unquenchable faith, she was considered a pillar in her church and was loved by all who knew her.

Survivors include one sister, Eva Lee Brown, several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.

Funeral services for Miss Hines will be Sunday, September 15, 2013, at 3 PM at First Assembly of God in Lewisburg. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, September 14, 2013, from 4-9 PM at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home & Crematory and also Sunday one hour prior to funeral at the church. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Lincoln County.
