Michael Edward Roy Murrell

Michael 'Roy' Edward Murrell, age 62, of Lewisburg, TN passed away at his residence on Thursday, August 4, 2016. Mr. Murrell was the son of the late Roy and Margaret Keener Murrell and he was of the Baptist faith. Mike was employed by Talos. He loved his farm, cattle and collecting cars. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathy Denton Murrell and his brother, Phillip Murrell. Surviving Mike is his wife, Evelyn Bowden Murrell, step-sons, Chad (Alyce) Woodward, Christopher Levi both of Lewisburg, step-daughter, Mia (Brandon) Smith of Ft. Campbell, KY, five step-granddaughters and one step-great grandchild. Many aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. Visitation with the family will be Saturday August 6, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial to follow in Sunset Park. Notes of condolences may be sent to www.billsmcgaugh.com.
