Margaret Ray Smith

Mrs. Margaret Ray Prince Smith, age 82 of Lewisburg, died Sunday morning, August 15, 2004 in Marshall Medical Center. A native of Bedford Co, she was the daughter of the late O. M. and Macon Brown Prince and a member of the Baptist church. Mrs. Smith was a life-long beautician and owner of Mi-Lady's Beauty Shop for over 50 years. Additionally, she was a member of the American Legion and VFW Ladies' Auxillary, and the Marshall County Women's Club. Mrs. Smith is survived by her son: Ray Smith of Knoxville; a sister: Mary Touravara of Warren, MI; two grandsons: Jim Jana Smith of Grey, TN and Michael Smith of Knoxville; a great-grandson: Brandon Smith; and two step-great-grandsons: Josh and Jared Lite. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 3:00 until 7:00 PM at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Officiated by Rev. Paul Lucas, funeral services will be conducted Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Interment services will be Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM in Diana Cemetery.
