Madison Nicole Lentz, infant daughter of Charles Thomas and Michelle Callahan Lentz, died Wednesday in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. In addition to her parents Chuck and Michelle, she is survived by her grandparents: Joe M. Callahan of Lewisburg and Peggy Lentz of Shelbyville; and two half-sisters: Chasity and Kimberly Lentz of Nashville. She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Matthew Thomas Lentz on January 23, and her grandparents Rozzella Mae Callahan and Charles Lentz.
