Mabel Moyers

Mrs. Mabel Farler Moyers, age 90 of Lewisburg passed away on Saturday November 15, 2008 at NHC Lewisburg. A native of Watertown , TN, she was the daughter of Reps Harold Farler and Annie Ruth Thursty Farler. She was retired from Genesco shoe company, and was a member of the Church Street Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Moyers. Survivors include one sister, Annie Ruth Farler of Hallendale Beach, FL . Two nieces; Lorene Grady M. Reavis of Petersburg, TN, Fay Larry Holley of Cornersville, TN. Two nephews; Phillip May and Charles May both of Lewisburg. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Moyers will be conducted on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Homewith burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 12 noon until the funeral hour.
