Lyn R. Durose

Lyn R. DuRose, age 41, of Shelbyville, TN passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. He was the son of the late Lynford R. DuRose Sr. and the late Sharon L. Whitaker. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his fiance, Kendra Hastings of Shelbyville, TN, son, Jacob (Destine) DuRose of Lewisburg, TN, stepson, Cory Swauger of Lewisburg, TN, one sister, Kristi Kennan of New York, NY, one brother, Todd (Jennifer) Watkins of Georgia, two step-children, Morgan and Tate along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2016, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home. There will be no vistitation prior to the service.
