Lucile Brisby

Mrs. Brisby died Saturday afternoon in NHC-Franklin. A life-long resident of Marshall County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Etta Mae Bowden, and a member of the Methodist Church. With her husband, Clayton, they operated Brisby's Cafe from 1930 until 1968. Mrs. Brisby is survived by three daughters: Judy Wright of Tullahoma, Jane Foster of Nashville, and Jone Richardson of the Spring Place Community; one sister: Mrs. Phyllis Bobo of Estill Springs; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons and grandsons-in-law: John Wright, Jeff Walker, Kyle Clemmer, Jason Hardee, Clayton Hardee, Kevin Heithcock, Chris Foster, and Jeff Foster.
