Linda Sue Suzy Alberts

Linda Sue Suzy" Alberts, 75, resident of Cornersville, died Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Williamson Medical Center. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, September 7th at 12:00 at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Saturday, September 7th from 9:00 AM until the time of service time at the funeral home. Born on November 27, 1943 in Waynesboro, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Robert Trainum and the late Beulah S. Frazier Trainum. Suzy enjoyed spending time with her friends, and having family get-togethers. She was an avid animal and music lover. Above all, she will be remembered as a "hot mess" and although her short stature, "ten feet tall and bullet proof." Survivors include her husband, Doug Alberts of Cornersville; grandchildren, Jeffery Marshall, Quinton Marshall, and Kira Marshall all of Lewisburg; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Scott Marshall. BILLS-MCGAUGH & HAMILTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY is assisting Mrs. Alberts family with cremation arrangements.
