Lillie Bowden Gillespie

Mrs. Lillie Sandra Bowden Gillespie, age 60, died Thursday in Panama City Beach, FL. A native of Marshall County, she was a homemaker and member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her father,Stanley Bowden and a son, John H. Jack Gillespie, V. She is survived by her mother: Frances Helton Bowden of Farmington; son: Anthony Karon Bowden Johnson of Lewisburg; brothers: Stanley Bowden, II of Cambridge, MA, Judge Steve Bowden and Phil Bowden, both of Lewisburg; husband: John H. Gillespie of Lewisburg; and special friend; Wayne Gipson of Panama City Beach, FL. Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Claude McMillion on Sunday, June 8, 2003 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Bowden Family Cemetery.
