Laura Sue Farmer

Laura Sue Allen Farmer, 77, resident of Lewisburg, died on Monday, July 27, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 28th at 4:00 PM at Sunset Park Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28th at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. Born on June 16, 1943 in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Oren Allen and the late Rainey Allen. She enjoyed dancing, playing the guitar, and listening to country music. Laura loved being outdoors camping and fishing. Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (Bill) Thomas of Lewisburg; son, Robert (Linda) Lashwood of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Chance Childers, Lexi Thomas, Chris Lashwood, Bryan Lashwood, Mickey Scarfone; great-grandchildren, Jonah, Arianna, Alex, John Paul, Raelyn, Ryker, and Penelope. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Farmer and a daughter, Shelia Scarfone.
