Larry Eugene Barcheers

Larry Eugene Barcheers, age 84, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

He was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Family gatherings were his greatest joy, filled with storytelling and laughter.

Beyond his family, Larry had a lifelong passion for guns, cars, classic T.V. and music. He found peace in trapshooting and hunting. Whether he was walking the fields with a loyal hunting dog, or yelling “Pull!” at the shooting range, he loved the sport. Larry was employed by Heil Quaker for over 30 years until its closing.

He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Sandra Callahan Barcheers of Lewisburg, TN; daughter, Tonia (Kevin) Fincher of Pulaski, TN; sons, Heath Lovins of Lewisburg, TN, Tracy Lovins of Pulaski, TN; brother Charles Barcheers of the Farmington Community; 6 grandchildren, Austin Lovins, Sandra, Lin Lovins, Blaine Fincher, Ethan Lovins, Lillie Fincher, and Kylie Fincher; 4 great grandchildren, Mila Lovins, Sebastian Diestelow, Jupiter Fraser, and Caspian Fraser; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents William Edd and Frances Virginia Barcheers.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Brother Arthur Payne officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 11:00 AM until the service time.
