Juliana McDaniel Morris

February 27, 1938 — June 6, 2016

Juliana McDaniel Morris, a child of God, left the night shadows of earth to enter Heavens bright dawn on June 6, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Julia McDaniel.
Surviving are her loving husband, Donald Morris, two sons, Todd (Allison) Morris, Timothy (Catherine) Morris, six grandchildren, Anna (Edgar) Sierra, Tyler Morris, Emma Morris, Richard Morris, William Morris, Sarah Morris, one great grandchild, Paxton Sierra, and one brother, Robert Tate (Kaye) McDaniel.
Julie received a BS Degree in the School of Business from the University of Tennessee and an MBA Degree from Vanderbilt/Peabody. She was very active in her church, Covenant Presbyterian Church, PCA, where she was one of about 40 charter members. In the young church she helped start a Womens Bible Study and was a small group Bible Study Co-Leader for several years. She spent nine years helping organize and working with a widows group to reach out to widows in the church and make them feel special and loved. In the early days of the church, she started and organized the small group Dinner Ministry to help people get to know each other better. Julie loved to travel, having been to most European countries, Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, South America, Australia, The Orient, and all over the United States. Two of her favorite trips were visiting South Africa and the Game Reserves and traveling through Australia and New Zealand. She loved her flower garden, playing Bridge with her friends, reading, shopping, and spending time with her family and close friends. A private family burial will take place in Belfast, Marshall County, TN where she grew up.
