James England

James Lloyd England, 88, of Lewisburg, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at NHC Lewisburg. He was born on November 16, 1934, to the late Riley and Alta Vera Selby England. He was a Christian and attended First Baptist Church Columbia. He worked at Teledyne as an electrical engineer. In James' spare time, his hobbies included photography and ham radio operation.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 11:30 AM and will continue until the funeral hour of 1:30 PM with burial following at Sunset Park in Lewisburg.

James is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 56 years, Betty England; and his son, Gary E England. He is survived by a host of cousins including Bud Burgess.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in James Englands name to a charity of your choice.
