Bills McGaugh Funeral Home Obituary Notice Mrs. Hazel W. Leonard age 87 of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN. A native of Giles County she was the daughter of the late Clara Crunk and Charles H. Wolaver. She was retired as the office manager for Leonards Concrete Block Company and a member of the Cornersville Methodist Church. Her husband, John H. Leonard, a brother, Wayne Wolaver precede Mrs. Leonard in death. Survivors include one son, John Leonard of Murfreesboro, TN two sisters, Ruby Johns of Ashland City, TN and Marjorie Griffith of Huntsville , AL, two step grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Leonard will be conducted on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in Short Cemetery, with Wayne Simmons officiating. Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
