Harvey Crane

Harvey Wayne Crane, born on October 21, 1960, in Lewisburg, TN, left this world on September 19, 2026, but he certainly made the most of his time here. Known for his infectious laughter and unyielding spirit, Harvey was a guy who loved life. He cherished his family and friends and was always there to lend a hand or crack a joke.

A proud member of First Baptist Church in Cornersville, TN, Harvey found immense joy in his faith. He loved Gospel music and spent many years doing setup for the beloved Gospel group, “Voices of Christ,” which brought joy to many in the community.

In his free time, you could find him indulging in his passions: wrestling, bowling, running, skating, square dancing, and softball. Whether competing in a friendly game or twirling on the dance floor, Harvey embraced every moment with enthusiasm and energy.

Funeral services will be held for Harvey at First Baptist Church in Cornersville, TN, Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:00AM at the church. Visitation will be held at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM

Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Dorres Lee and Cecil Mae Roberts Crane, wife, Brenda Sue Crane, brother, Robert Crane, and brother-in-law, Earl Wright.

He is survived by his brothers, Albert Crane (Ruby) and Tim Crane (Julie), sisters, Leona Hill (Neal) and Wilma Wright, stepson, Jerry Brown, stepdaughter, Marie Ann Winn, several nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members.

Harvey was a hard worker, but more importantly, he was a jokester who brightened everyone's day. He leaves behind countless memories, love from family, and a community that will miss his vibrant spirit.
