Glenn Thomas Rupp

It is with both heavy hearts and fond memories that we announce the passing of Glenn Thomas Rupp, born on June 25, 1963, in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. Glenn left us on March 14, 2025. Glenn brought joy to those around him through his warm spirit and infectious laughter.

Glenn is remembered for his love of playing cards and dice, which served as a means to connect and share laughter with those he cherished. His passion for games was a testament to his vibrant personality and his ability to bring people together.

Glenn was many things: a loving son, a caring brother, an ornery uncle, and quite the character. He was as knowledgeable as they come, with a penchant for helping anyone who needed it, often with a cheeky grin on his face. In his younger days, he was a karate enthusiast, inspiring his great-nephew to take up the discipline, proving that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!

He leaves behind his beloved mother, Clara Elizabeth Moore Rupp, along with his brothers, Lee and Chris Rupp; his sister, Regina Thompson; and a whole legion of nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces who are going to miss his warm heart and playful spirit.

Glenn is preceded in death by his father, Robert Fredrick Rupp; his loving wife, Bonnie Rupp; and brothers, Gary, Alan, and Bruce Rupp, who are undoubtedly greeting him with open arms and a deck of cards.

In the meantime, let’s remember Glenn with a smile, a game, and perhaps a little bit of mischief—just the way he would have wanted it.
