Geneva Barnes
July 8, 1921 — March 25, 2004
Mrs. Geneva Barnes, age 82 of Lewisburg, died Thursday morning in Glen Oaks Nursing Home in Shelbyville. Mrs. Barnes was a native of Sante Fe, TN, daughter of the late Homer Franklin and Lily Belle Fields Pipkin, a homemaker and a member of the Immanuel Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter: Linda Leverette of Unionville; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Culleoka. The family will visit with friends on Thursday after 5:00 PM at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home.
