Emma Davis

Mrs. Emma Grace Davis, age 89 of Lewisburg, passed away on Saturday, May 19, at NHC Oakwood. She is preceded in death by her Husband, A.C. Davis 1998 and a Daughter, Wanda Jane Hutchinson 2000. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Columbus Phifer and Sadie Grace Williams. She is survived by two Sons; Wayne Davis of Lewisburg and Shelton Davis of the Verona Community. Two Sisters; Norene Ellison of Cocoa Beach, Florida and Elizabeth Hill of Mount Pleasant,TN. Six Grandchildren; Jason Davis, Casey Davis, Tim Davis, Vickie Lewis all of Lewisburg. Gary Hutchinson and Holly Hutchinson of Murfreesboro. 10 Great Grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Davis was a Homemaker and a member of the Farmington Church of Christ . Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be conducted on Monday, May 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Bills - McGaugh Funeral Home with Corey Barnette officiating. Burial to follow in Davis Family Cemetery in the Ostella Community. The family will visit with friends on Sunday, May 20th, from 4:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M. and also on Monday until the funeral hour. Pallbearers will be Tim Davis, Jason Davis, Casey Davis, Gary Hutchinson , Steve Lewis, and Alton Hill. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Young At Heart Sunday School Class at Farmington Church of Christ. Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
