Elsie Beech

Mrs. Elsie Virginia Anderton Beech, age 83 of Lewisburg, died Monday evening in NHC-Oakwood. A native of Davidson Co, she was the daughter of the late Burvle Alvin and Belle Shofner Anderton, a homemaker, and member of the East Commerce Baptist Church. Mrs. Beech was preceded in death by her two sisters: Mable Willis and Dorothy Tate. She is survived by her husband of 55 years: William D. Beech and daughter: Sharon Beech Higginbotham, both of Lewisburg. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home by Rev. James Hickey. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM at Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville. The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home Thursday from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour for visitation. Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in charge of the arrangements.
