Darrell "Bruce" Brooks

The family of Darrell "Bruce" Brooks of Lewisburg is saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at the age of 62.

Bruce was born on May 19, 1960, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Ray and Donna (Haisley) Brooks. He was a graduate of Marshall County High School. He went on to work in his fathers die casting factory, ABECO. He worked for several years as the supervisor over Secondary Operations.

Bruce had a big heart and a giving nature. He lived life to the fullest for many years with his beloved Chihuahua, Louie, by his side.

Bruce is proceeded in death by his father, his brother, Allen Brooks, and his dog, Louie. He is survived by his mother, Donna Brooks, brother, Eddy Brooks and 3 nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm in the chapel at Bills McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. The memorial service will be at noon with Harold Foster officiating and burial following at Friendship Cemetery.
