It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Clark Cochran of Lewisburg, TN. Clark entered into his heavenly home on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the age of 71.

Born on November 18,1954, in Greencastle, Indiana, Clark was the son of the late Jack Cochran and Nona Cochran. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Mark; and his sisters, Cindy Goebel and Penny Cochran.

Clark proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard for four years and continued his service for an additional eight years in the Coast Guard Reserve. During his active-duty career, he was stationed at Minneapolis Shoal Lighthouse in Escanaba, MI. While serving in the Reserve, he had the opportunity to assist during the Great Flood of 1993. Clark also enjoyed patrolling the Ohio River during the Madison Regatta in Madison, Indiana.

Following his military service, Clark dedicated 27 years to General Motors before retiring.

Clark was a faithful follower of Christ and a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. More than anything, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved deeply and faithfully and those who knew him were blessed by his kindness, strength and presence.

He leaves behind a lifetime of treasured memories and a legacy of love that will continue through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Clark is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Linda; his daughters, Amy (Gaylon) Thomason and Beth (Josh) Beatty; and his three cherished grandchildren, who lovingly called him “Buzzy”, Jax Thomason, Hannah Grace Thomason and Rhett Beatty. He is also survived by his sisters, Lynn (Donald) Snider, Kitty (Daniel) Burkhart, and Jamie (Tim) Collins; his mother-in-law, Flora Jean Kleopfer; his sister-in-law, Karen (David) Flucke; and several nieces and nephews.
