Charles Leslie Finley

April 8, 1926 — October 7, 2021

Mr. Charles Leslie Finley, 95, longtime farmer and resident of Lewisburg, died on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at NHC Lewisburg.

Funeral Services for Mr. Finley will be conducted on Sunday, October 10th at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Reverend Brad Holliman officiating. Burial will follow in Short Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Saturday, October 9th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Those attending are encouraged to wear mask and practice social distancing.

A life-long resident of Marshall County, he was the son of the late Bryan Finley and the late Wilma Rudd Finley. Leslie was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Ledare Finley; brother, Billy Finley; grandsons, Grant Finley and Charles Michael Finley, Jr..

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mavis Arthell Finley; sons, Gary Finley, Charles Finley; brother, Bobby Finley; and sisters, Helen Ruth Dulaney and Ellene Murphy.
