Charles "Randy" Hazlett

Charles Randall (Randy) Hazlett, 67, of Lewisburg, TN, left this world on November 25, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was born in Lewisburg on April 11, 1954, to James Cecil and Mary Ellen Hazlett. He was a doting grandfather, avid hunter, and lifelong UT Vols fan. He especially enjoyed exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and searching for wildlife in Cades Cove. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Brenda, their two sons, Dustin (Amanda) of Tullahoma, TN and Eric (Claire) of Memphis, TN, their three grandchildren, Sawyer, Harrison, and Charlotte, and two siblings, Denise Favors and David Hazlett. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mike Hazlett. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, Nov. 29th at 1:00 pm at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Brother Ron Kleine officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Sunday, Nov. 28th from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. In memory of Randy, the family requests any contributions be made to the nonprofit organization, Friends of the Smokies.
