Billie Kay Richards

Billie Kay Richards passed away on November 18, 2024. She was born on April 2, 1949, in Lewisburg, TN to Billy Dean and Ruth Marsh Richards.

Kay was a devoted soul who had a special love for animals, filling her yard not with flowers, but with charming animal statues. Kay dedicated her time not only to look after her own parents but also extending her care to her neighbors. If you were fortunate enough to have been loved by Kay, you knew it was a love like no other. For years, she served the community as a committed member of the Marshall County Sheriff's department.

A graveside service for Kay will take place at Lone Oak Cemetery Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 1:00PM.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Hopwood and numerous nieces and nephews.
