Beverly dedicated her life to her family, her faith, and her community. Beverly was a woman of deep faith, attending Cornersville First Baptist Church where she found solace and purpose. Her love for God was evident in her gentle spirit and her unwavering dedication to those around her. Beverly was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Ignacio Sampedro, Jr., and a cherished matriarch to her family.

A loving, caring, and unjudgmental person, Beverly had a huge heart, loving unconditionally and offering a warm embrace to everyone who crossed her path. She found joy in the simplest of pleasures, whether it was babysitting her cherished grandchildren or exploring yard sales, indulging in puzzles, or immersing herself in a good book.

Beverly will be lovingly remembered by all those whose lives she touched with her kindness and generosity. Her legacy of love and compassion will endure in the hearts of her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Cornersville First Baptist Church on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM also at Cornersville First Baptist Church. The family invites all who knew and loved Beverly to join them in celebrating her life and honoring her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Lee and Gladys Miriam Hess Adkins; brothers, Kenny Adkins and Danny Adkins; sister, Jeannie Gail Worz; and grandchild, Austin L Knight.

She is survived by her husband, Ignacio H. Sampedro Jr.; sons, Kenneth Wayne Lisenby, Ryan Nicholas Sampedro, and Kody Lovett (Theresa); daughters, Gianna Michelle Lisenby, Miriam Rebecca “Becky” Knight (Billy), and Sarah Renee Miller (Tony); brothers, Tommy Adkins and Larry Adkins; sister, Dorothy June Brunson; brother-in-law, John Worz; grandchildren, Taylor Lisenby, Linna M. Sampedro, Danielle M. Jett, Samantha L. Douglas, Courtney I. Douglas, Sarah L. Lukacs, Alyssa R. Winton, Haley N. Kelley, Billy Knight Jr., Jeffrey T. Knight, Anthony C. Knight, Robert L. Knight, Raegan L. Knight, Tyler D. Miller, Dustin A. Miller, Izaya R. Miller, Hallie Lovett, and Rhys Lovett; great grandchildren, 16 and 1 on the way; and numerous other family members.

Rest in peace, Beverly. Your love will forever light our way.
