Mrs. Annie Sis Dyer Wheat Foreman, age 79 of Cornersville, died Saturday afternoon in NHC-Lewisburg.
A native of Marshall County, she was the daughter of the late John Mach and Elsie Stella Callahan Dyer, the former owner of the GIZMO Restaurant, and a member of the Ellington Parkway Church of God.
Sis was preceded in death by her husbands: Kenneth E Wheat Sr. and Bill Foreman; three children: John Robert Wheat, Gordon Leonard Lenny Wheat, and Barbara Jean Smith; and 3 brothers: John M. Dyer, James Pat Dyer, and Gordon Dyer.
She is survived by 4 children: James C. Wheat of Stockton, CA, Kenneth E. Wheat Jr. of Hedgesville, WV, Norma Kay Wheat Luttrell of Lewisburg, and Norman Ray Wheat of Stockton, CA; a brother: Clay K. Dyer of Cornersville; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and step grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Foremans family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 6:00 PM at the Ellington Parkway Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 6:00 PM from the Ellington Parkway Church of God.
Additional services and burial will follow in Riolinda, California on Thursday.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Ellington Parkway Church of God.
