Andrew Johnson

Mr. Andrew Johnson, age 55, died Wednesday evening in Kindred Hospital in Nashville. A native of Davidson Co., he was a construction worker and member of the Baptist Church. Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother: Claudia Johnson of Lewisburg; wife: Katherine Johnson of Nashville; 5 sisters: Valorie Johnson, Deborah Johnson, Lorraine Johnson, Freida Johnson, and Shirley Moore, all of Lewisburg; 3 brothers: Charles Johnson of Chapel Hill, James Johnson of Nashville, and Danny Johnson of Lewisburg; a devoted friend: Carolyn Bell Williamson; a daughter: LaQuita Bell and 2 grandchildren. The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral on Friday from 5:00 8:00 PM for visitation, and Saturday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Hopewell-Everbright Cemetery in the Brick Church Community of Giles Co. Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and the United States Forest Service have provided for the planting of a tree in memory of Mr. Johnson.
