Mrs. Shelby Jean Burrahm Stevens, 66, a resident of 3rd Ave North in Lewisburg, died Friday, September 22, 2006 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Stevens will be conducted Sunday, September 24, 2006 at 3:00 PM at the Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Tommy Hood officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Park Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stevens was a homemaker and a member of Westvue Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Avery LaFayette Burrahm and Mary Catherine Woods and widow of James Milton Stevens who died in 1990.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jean Webb and Penny Lee, both of Lewisburg and one son, James Milton Jimmy Stevens, Jr., also of Lewisburg; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Avery Buddy Burrahm.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Hazlett, Sammy Manire, Chris Chewning, Jason Chewning, Matt Owens, Mike Whitehead, and Tony Matthews.
