Robert Ira Gwin

Robert Ira Gwin, age 83, of the Delina community, Cornersville, TN passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Gwin was the son of the late Sam V. Gwin and Marion Hill Gwin. He was retired having worked in sales with the transportation business. He served in the US Air Force and is of the Presbyterian faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Wright.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Ruth J. Gwin, three sons, Chris Gwin, Hugh Sandifer and Regan (Marie) Sandifer, all of Cornersville, TN, two brothers, Kenneth (Carolyn) Gwin of Hermitage, TN and Sam Gwin of Parsons, TN along with 4 grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2 PM in the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Arthur Payne officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornersville First Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 2966 Pulaski Hwy, Cornersville, TN 37047
