Robbie Sowell

Mrs. Robbie Lynn Sowell, age 85 passed away on Friday May 22, 2009 following an extended illness.

A native of Petersburg, TN she was the daughter of the late Charlie Claborne Crabtree and Ella Lorene Ervin Crabtree. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Sowell is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Roy Bredell Sowell, a son Charlie Arthur Sowell, and a sister Sara Virginia Sullivan.

Survivors include two daughters, Judy Sowell of Fayettville, TN and Pamela Sowell of Fayettville , TN two sisters Dorothy Evelyn Hastings of Petersburg, TN and Lillian Myra Hastings of Lewisburg, TN one brother, Thomas Collins Crabtree of Fayettville, TN along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sowell will be conducted on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 10:30 AM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Talley Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
