Maurice Lout, age 70, died Thursday morning at his home in Chapel Hill.
A native of Center, TX, Maurice was the son of the late J. D. & Lorraine Lout. He retired with 43 years of service in the oil fields in and around Houston, TX.
In June of 1988, he married Rosemary Love Lout, who survives. In addition to his wife of Chapel Hill, he is survived by a sister: Betty Hendley of Wills Point, TX, brother: Glen B. Lout of Crowley, LA; 6 children: Ron Harper and Brad Lout of Crowley, LA, Lorraine Farwell of Owatonna, MN, Susan Kelly of Ireland, Johnny Childress of Plano, TX, and Stanton Maurice Lout, Jr. 10 grandchildren also survive.
The family will visit with friends on Friday, May 9, 2003 at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 2:30 PM. Graveside services and burial were in the Sunset Park, Garden of Love, on Friday at 3:00 PM.
