Mrs Mary Anna Ragan Tomlin

Mary Anna Ragan Tomlin, 94, widow of the late Bass Tomlin, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at NHC healthcare in Franklin.

Funeral services for Mrs. Tomlin will be conducted Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Franklin Memorial Chapel in Franklin,TN. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday, February 23, from 4-8 p.m. and also Saturday, starting at 12:00 noon at Franklin Memorial Chapel. Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home of Lewisburg is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Maury County, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late James Mathew Ragan and Ida May Brown. She worker for many years at Thompson Station school in the cafeteria and she was a member of Thompson Station Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son , Ron Linda Cathey of Murfresboro; one daughter, Judy Tomlin of Thompsons Station. Three Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Pallbearers will be Spencer Townsend, Drake Townsend, Austin Townsend, Paul Fields, Chad Fields, Cory Fields and Scott Malone.Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. John Ragan, Wayne Ragan, Mike Ragan, Mathew Ragan, Shawn Rennie, John Wells, Bobby Tomlin and the staff at NHC.
