Mary Lou McAdams

August 1, 1919 — March 6, 2006

Mrs. Mary Lou Fox McAdams, age 86 of Dickson, formerly of Lewisburg, died Monday morning in the Life Care Center in Centerville.

She was a native of Marshall County, daughter of the late Ezekial and Maggie Dee Davis Fox, member of the Hickory Heights Church of Christ and retired from Faber Castell Corporation, with 30 years of service. Mrs. McAdams was preceded in death by her husband: J. E. McAdams in 1984.

She is survived by her daughter: Barbara Walker of Dickson; two sisters: Fannie Drewett of Columbia and Betty Ruth White of Lewisburg; 2 brothers: Paul Fox of Palm Bay, FL and Roy Allen Fox of Lewisburg; 3 granddaughters: Mary Ann Walker Loftis Tim, Julie Ann Walker Anderson, and Robin Emily Walker Hunter Michael; and 3 great-grandchildren: Kourtney Sadler, Brian Sadler, and Garrett Hunter.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Beechwood Cemetery.

The family will be at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday for visitation and Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.
