Mrs. Mary Marzee Boyd Bruington
Mrs. Mary Marzee Boyd Bruington, age 92, widow of "Mac" Bruington 2005 passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at her son's residence in Rocky Mount, Virginia, where she resided after the death of her husband.
She was a native of Lewisburg, Tennessee. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, M.P. BOYD AND BESSIE STEPHENS BOYD; her daughter, PATRICIA BRUINGTON RUDESEAL; and her brothers, OSCAR BOYD, JOHN BOYD, AND FRANK BOYD.
Mrs. Bruington was a homemaker and a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Lewisburg.
Survivors include one son Charles S. Bruington of Rocky Mount, VA, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services are scheduled for Mrs. Bruington on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM from Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg.
