Marshall Chambers

Mr. Marshall Chambers, age 86, died Friday morning at the residence of his daughter.
Mr. Chambers was the son of the late Gurney and Ole Murphy Chambers, retired maintenance foreman for Heil-Quaker Corporation, and a member of the Lewisburg First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife: Lois Jones Chambers in 1970, and his second wife: Ruth Farrish Wilson Chambers in February, 2004. 2 sisters: Erma Buttcosk and Beulah Smith; and a brother: John D. Chambers, also preceded him.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Carolyn and Bernie Cromer of Columbia; a sister: Hattie Lou Jarboe of Maryville; 2 grandsons: Jeff Cromer and Joey Cromer, both of Columbia; and 6 great-granddaughters.
The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home on Sunday from 11:00 AM 3:00 PM for visitation.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 PM in Lone Oak Cemetery.
