Mark Grant

Mark " Popeye" Grant, age 45, of Lewisburg, is riding his motorcycle to the heavenly gates.
Mr. Grant passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at Williamson Medical Center.
He was raised in Michigan and resided in Los Angeles, California, before moving to Lewisburg four years ago. He was employed at the Marshall County Courthouse as a Deputy Clerk in General Sessions court. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, and a member of the Nashville Weasles motorcycle group.
Mr. Grant is preceded in death by his step- father Daniel Goldsmith of Michigan, a grandmother, Mary Bell, of Michigan and his grandparents, Frank and Pearl Grant of Michigan.
His survivors include his loving wife, Carol Grant of Lewisburg, his mother and step-father, Beverly and Jim Marks, of Michigan, brother David Grant and his wife Mary and children Maisie and Amelia of, CA, and brother Robert Grant of Michigan.
Several aunts, uncles, cousins and many great friends also survive.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
