Lillie Duncan

May 10, 1920 — August 30, 2004

Ms. Lillie Mai Duncan, age 84 of Lewisburg, died Monday night in Marshall Medical Center.

A native of Marshall County, Ms. Duncan was the daughter of the late George and Inez Rodgers, and a homemaker. Ms. Duncan had faith in Jehovah God, also expressed by her family.

She is survived by 3 children; Michael Wayne Betty Duncan of Petersburg, Mary Ann James Mullins of Lewisburg, and Pamela Kay Blaylock of Lewisburg; 7 grandchildren: James Mullins, Jr, Michael John Mullins, Josie Sanders, Michael Duncan, Tifany Sommers, Elizabeth Ann Jett, and Buffy Wright; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son: Jim Willie Duncan.

The family will visit with friends on Tuesday after 5:00 PM at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home by Jim Floyd. Burial will follow in Whorley Cemetery.

Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and the United States Forest Service have provided for the planting of a tree in memory of Ms. Duncan.
