Kenneth Wentzel

Mr. Kenneth R. Wentzel, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at his residence.
A native of Centerville, TN, he was the son of the late Wilford Wentzel and Marie Ade Wentzel. He was retired from Heil Quaker Corporation with 47 years of service, a member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Mr. Wentzel is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Evelyn Fuller and Mable Banks, one brother, Wilford Wentzel Sr.
He is survived by three sons, Stan Wentzel of the Belfast Community, David Wentzel of the Delina Community and Richie Wentzel of the Farmington Community. Four sisters, Marie Jones of Hendersonville, Margaret Henderson of Fayettville, Grace Pinkerton of Centerville and Vernell W. Marshall of Lewisburg. One brother, Authur Wentzel of Cornersville, three special neices, Dorothy Shelton, Mary Ann Fuller and Fay Nix, one special friend, Mary McMillian, several grand children and great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Wentzel will be conducted Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 10:00 am from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Van Cleave officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church or the Monroe Carell Children's Hospital at Vanderbuilt.
