Juanita Sowell

Mrs. Juanita Rhodes Sowell, age 87, of the Springplace Community, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
A native of Marshall County she was the daughter of the late Asie Floyd Rhodes and Nana Tucker Rhodes. She was a homemaker and a member of the Richland Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil L. Sowell, a daughter, Rita Gayle Tallman, a son in law, Bobby Tallman, a grandaughter, Melissa Tallman and a grandson, Robert Carl Tallman.
Survivors include one son, GaryMyra Sowell of Nashville, two grand daughters, Tonya Doug Adams of Smyrna and Tina Jason Baxter of Murfreesboro, one grandson, Michael Tallman of the Springplace Community , Three great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sowell will be conducted on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial to follow in Short Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
