Johnny Ray Cole

Johnny Ray Cole, age 56, passed away at his residence on Monday, July 18, 2016. His profession was horse dentistry and was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. He was born on March 2, 1960 to the late James Glenn and Mamie Ruth Hargrove Cole in Lewisburg, TN. Johnny was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael Glenn Cole.
Mr. Cole was married to Lavonda Austin Cole who survives along with three sons, Jonathan Cole, Jeramie Cherry, Chris Cherry, two daughters, Bethany Hammel, Angie Thomason, three brothers, Lynn Cole, Donald Cole, Terry Cole, two sisters, Cindy Cole, Patsy Mobbs, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4:00 PM 8:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 990 Cornersville Road, Lewisburg, TN and again Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 9:00 AM 2:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held immediately after the visitation on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the church with burial to follow in the Round Hill Cemetery in Belfast, TN.
Pallbearers will be Trevor Cummings, Hunter Cummings, Matt Cole, Max Cole, Mitchell Orr, and Shane Cole. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tanner Austin, Luke Austin, Jason Cole, Charles Cole and Jeff Taylor.
