Jerry Williams

February 10, 1932 — May 31, 2007

Mr. Jerry Thomas Williams, age 75 of Culleoka passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital following a brief stay.

He is the son of the late William & Allene Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol Bryant Williams,
One daughter Melissa Jerry Underwood of the Mooresville Community, two Sons Bryant Mitzi Williams of Centerville and Robert W. Williams of the Mooresville community.

Mr. Williams is also survived by one Brother Harold Helen Williams of Cookeville, one sister Jolene Billy Jett of Culleoka, two Grandchildren Emily Williams & Mitchell Williams, three Step Grandchildren Jerry, Ashton, and Dalton Underwood and three Nieces and four Nephews.

Mr. Williams was a longtime member, Deacon & Sunday school teacher at Friendship Baptist Church. He was a Veteran who served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and retired from the Dupont Corporation where he was in the Employee Relations department.

Funeral services for Mr. Williams will be conducted on Sunday, June 3, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Bills - McGaugh Funeral Home with Brother Clark Albright officiating and burial to follow in Bryant Cemetery in the Mooresville Community.

The family will visit with friends on Saturday, June 2, 2007 from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. and also on Sunday until the funeral hour.

Pallbearers are Bobby Potts, Mike Jett, Chris Jett, Blair Williams, Ricky Farmer, Don Patterson, William Carl Pilkinton, Keith Hooten and Will Thomason.

Honorary Pallbearers are Deacons at Friendship Baptist Church and Don St. Clair and Rick Frazier.

Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
