Helen Beard, age 82 of Pulaski, passed away on Thursday, October 24 2013, in Meadowbrook Health & Rehab Center in Pulaski. Mrs. Beard was a native of Lexington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Archie H. Beckwith and Estelle Sharp Beckwith. She was retired from Newell-Rubbermaid and a member of Farmington Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don W. Beard.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Beard of Pulaski and one daughter, Debbie Beard of Murfreesboro.
Funeral services for Mrs. Beard will be Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 1 PM from the Chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Leland Carden officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Park Cemetery in Lewisburg. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, October 30, 2013, from 11 AM until the funeral hour at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home.
