Evelyn Vore

Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Vore, age 78, of Lewisburg, passed away July 2, 2008 at Maury Regional Hospital.
A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of Rufus Malone and Clara Prosser. She was a homemaker, an active member of the Lifesong Family Church and a member of the Meals on Wheels Organization.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Majorie Wakefield and Glenda Peek and a brother Clayton Malone.
She is survived by her husband Allen E. Vore of Lewisburg; one daughter; Gail Boldin of Ardmore Ala.; two sons; Donnie Derryberry and Chris Evans both of Lewisburg, TN five step children Danny Vore, David Vore both of Lewisburg, TN , Nancy Brock of Lewisburg, TN, Gary Vore and Micheal Vore both of Florida. Four sisters; Geneva Guilliams of Saint Charles Missouri, Ethelene Ervin of Shelbyville, TN Daisy Hamlin of Brentwood, TN and Joan Thompson of Lewisburg, TN. Grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Vore will be conducted on Saturday July 5, 2008 at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Sunset Park, with Reverend Rocky Cunningham officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lifesong Family Church, Lewisburg Christian Academy.
