Ethel Curry

Mrs. Ethel Curry, age 86 of Lewisburg, died Monday morning at her residence.

A native of Belfast, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ernest & Mary Anderson Craig. Mrs. Curry was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ and a homemaker. She loved to cook and bake, fish, and keep house. She was also a caregiver, often sitting with the elderly.

Mrs. Curry is survived by a daughter: Mary Ann Pruitt, 3 grandchildren: Sharon Martin, Pamela Sue McCool, and Regina Black, all of Lewisburg; 7 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends after 4:00 PM Wednesday at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home, and from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Thursday at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 PM from the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ with burial to follow in the Erwin Cemetery.

Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and the United States Forest Service have provided for the planting of tree in memory of Mrs. Curry.
