Douglas Waggoner

Mr. Douglas Leon Waggoner, age 78, of Cornersville, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at his residence.
A native of Williamson County, he was the son of Louise Cook Waggoner and the late Alma Waggoner . He was a retired farmer, a member of the International Harvester Club of Alabama and was a member of the Church of Christ faith.
In addition to his father, Mr. Waggoner is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Mary Waggoner.
Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Darlene Mitchell Waggoner of Cornersville and one daughter, Jennifer Stacy of Cornersville.
Graveside services for Mr. Waggoner will be conducted on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Mount Hope Cemetery in Franklin, TN at 2:00 PM.. Marlin Finley officiating.
Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM. at the funeral home.
Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Primm, Charles Witherspoon, James Huffman, David Burba, Leonard Stevens, Ben Porterfield, Mike Irvin, Henry Jones , Quenten Liggett, Jimmy Pruitt and Norris Lentz.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to 5 points Volunteer Fire Department.
